Quarter Life Crisis Therapy
Reconnect With Your Identity, Direction, and Values
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of whether you’re making the “right” choices.
Your twenties and thirties can bring enormous pressure, choosing a career, navigating relationships, setting goals, and figuring out who you want to be.
You might notice questions like:
What do I really want for my life?
Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?
What are my values and am I actually living them?
Why does everyone else seem to have it figured out except me?
Why do I feel so stuck, unmotivated, or unsure?
This stage of life can feel disorienting, lonely, and full of self-doubt, but it can also be a profound opportunity for growth, identity development, and grounding into who you truly are.
Our work together
In therapy, we will explore the attachment experiences that have shaped how you see yourself, your relationships, and your choices. We’ll begin to understand why certain patterns keep showing up and how they influence the moments when you feel stuck, lost, or unsure.
Together, we’ll clarify the values that matter most to you and identify where your life feels out of alignment. From there, we’ll work toward building the insight and skills you need to take meaningful action, strengthen your sense of identity and self-trust, and move forward in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and true to who you are.
My goal is to help you feel grounded, connected to yourself, and aligned with your values, so you can move forward with clarity and direction.
“Learning to love and be loved is, in effect, about learning to tune into our emotions so that we know what we need from our partner and expressing those desires openly.”
