Healing Your Inner Child
Reconnect with your younger self to find clarity and compassion.
So many of the patterns we struggle with as adults like self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, are rooted in childhood experiences we’ve never fully processed.
Inner child work offers a path to healing by gently reconnecting with those earlier parts of yourself.
In therapy, we’ll explore the messages you internalized growing up and how they still show up in your adult relationships, self-image, and emotional world. Together, we’ll nurture the parts of you that were neglected, shamed, or left unsupported.
In therapy we will:
Identify and tend to emotional wounds from your early life
Understand how childhood roles and survival strategies affect you today
Develop self-compassion and internal safety
Reclaim a more grounded, empowered sense of self
Healing your inner child isn’t about blaming the past, it’s about giving yourself the care you needed then, now.
“Learning to love and be loved is, in effect, about learning to tune into our emotions so that we know what we need from our partner and expressing those desires openly.”
